Privacy policy

JobLogic365 (“the Service”) is a multi-tenant web application provided by ProLogic365 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or use the Service.
1. Who this applies to
The Service is used by business customers (tenant organisations). Within each tenant, personal data may relate to business owners/admins, employees, contractors, and customer contacts stored by that business.
For customer and staff records that a business stores in JobLogic365, the business customer is typically the data controller. ProLogic365 acts as a processor on their instructions for that tenant data.
2. Data we process
- Account details: name, email, password hash, role, optional phone numbers.
- Business details: business name, plan tier, usage limits.
- Operational data: customers, properties, jobs, schedules, leave, work logs.
- Evidence photos uploaded by users (stored in private cloud object storage).
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service (for example IP, timestamps, error logs).
3. Why we process it
- To provide and secure the multi-tenant Service.
- To authenticate users and enforce tenant isolation and plan limits.
- To support billing/admin communications and respond to support requests.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
4. Tenant isolation
Each business account is a separate tenant. Application access is scoped by the authenticated user’s tenant. Photos are stored privately and served using short-lived access links. You should not attempt to access another tenant’s data.
5. Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (for example Microsoft Azure for hosting and storage) to run the Service. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, our users, or the public.
6. Retention
We retain account and tenant data while the business subscription/account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, dispute handling and legal compliance. Businesses may request deletion of their tenant account by contacting support.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a hosted SaaS product, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, password hashing, and private storage for uploaded photos. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data. If your data was entered by a business customer, please contact that business first. You can also email support@joblogic365.com.
