Terms of business
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These terms govern use of JobLogic365, a multi-tenant software-as-a-service product created and owned by ProLogic365 (“we”, “us”). By registering for or using the Service, the business customer (“you”) agrees to these terms.
1. The Service
JobLogic365 provides web tools for trades businesses to manage customers, staff (employees and contractors), jobs, scheduling, leave/non-working days, work logs and photo evidence. Features may evolve over time.
2. Accounts and tenancy
- Each registered business is a separate tenant.
- The first registered user is an administrator for that tenant.
- You are responsible for the users you invite, the data you store, and for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must ensure your employees and contractors use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
3. Plans and fees
Current published plans are billed annually: Starter (£240/year, up to 5 tradesmen), Team (£480/year, up to 15 tradesmen) and Unlimited (£1,200/year, unlimited tradesmen). These amounts are equivalent to £20, £40 and £100 per month. Monthly card billing is coming soon. “Tradesmen” means active employee and contractor users that count toward the plan limit. New businesses receive a 30-day trial. After the trial we issue an annual invoice payable by bank transfer to Prologic365 Limited. Plan changes can be requested via support@joblogic365.com.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent periods.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Do not reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the business content you upload (jobs, customer details, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service. You warrant that you have the rights and notices required to store personal data about your staff, contractors and customers in the Service.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email at support@joblogic365.com. Planned maintenance will be kept as short as practicable.
7. Intellectual property
JobLogic365, including software, branding and documentation, is owned by ProLogic365. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request tenant closure via support. On closure, we will stop normal access to your tenant data and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention needs.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey. Courts in Guernsey have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
